SHIPPING POLICY

We mainly deliver to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and China, pending on the accessible logistic during the pandemic.  If you would like your purchase to deliver to other regions, please contact us using the contact form or the online chat prior to placing an order.

The order processing time is around 3-5 business days.

You could choose to have your goods deliver to you by SF Express at a minimum charge of $60 and $20 postage and handling fee.  The delivery is usually within 3-5 business days.  You can also choose to pick up for Free at Wanchai MTR station (prior arrangement with our staff is required).

Once an order is placed and confirmed, no changes or modification to the deliver address can be made. Please ensure you have entered the correct address.  In case an error is made, please contact our hotline as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update the change, once the item is collected from the warehouse, there is little we could do.

When shipping delays are expected we will notify you at an earliest possible time.
