REFUND POLICY

Once an order is made, no modification or cancellation is accepted.

 

After an order is processed, our staff would contact you at the earliest possible time to confirm the order and arrange for delivery method.

Only damaged or faulty items are accepted for exchange or refund. Customers must report the damage within 1 day of receiving the item. Items that are used, opened (including the removal of original tags, wrappings) or damage that was caused after the sale, change of mind, and wrong size chosen will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

 

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be present for any return/ exchange or after sale service.

 

While actual items were used in the photo there may be differences in colour due to factors such as lighting, settings of the screen etc. Colour variations will not be accepted as the reason for refund, exchange or complaints. Should you have any questions about the product please contact us before placing an order.
