■ Heat retention effect:  60 degrees or more (temperature when the product is filled with hot water and left for 6 hours from when the temperature reaches 95 degrees ± 1 degree)
■ Cold retention effect: 8.3 degrees or less (temperature when the product is filled with cold water and left for 6 hours from when the temperature reaches 4 degrees ± 1 degree)
■ Do not boil.
■ Do not use dishwashers or dish dryers.
■ Do not use alcohol, paint thinner, benzine, polishing powder, detergents containing abrasives, scrubbing brushes (nylon, metal, etc.), melamine sponges, or the nylon surface of sponges.
■ Do not use chlorine bleach.
■ Do not use bleach other than chlorine bleach to clean the paint and print on the outside of the unit, as they may peel off.
■ This unit can be washed, but do not soak it (leave it in water).
■ If you will not be using the product for an extended period of time, wash it thoroughly with lukewarm water or water, dry it thoroughly, and store it in a cool, dry place.
■ During use, rust-like spots or limescale may appear on the inside of the unit due to water quality or impurities. In such cases, fill the product with hot water containing about 10% vinegar, leave it for 30 minutes to an hour without the lid on, and then wash the inside of the unit thoroughly.
■ Do not use products with reduced heat and cold retention performance.
■ Do not use if you hear the sound of water coming from inside the vacuum layer.
■ Do not use for anything other than keeping drinks hot or cold.
■ Never put the following items in the product.
・Dry ice, carbonated drinks, etc.: This may increase the pressure inside the product, causing the drink to spray out or the lid to break and splash.
・Miso soup, soup, kelp tea, and other items that contain a lot of salt: This may cause rust or a decrease in the heat and cold retention performance.
・Milk, dairy drinks, fruit juice, etc.: The ingredients may spoil. If left for a long period of time, gas may be generated due to spoilage, causing the pressure inside the product to increase, causing the drink to spray out or the lid to break and splash.

Only damaged or faulty items are accepted for exchange or refund. Customers must report the damage within 1 day of receiving the item. Items that are used, opened (including the removal of original tags, wrappings) or damage that was caused after the sale, change of mind, and wrong size chosen will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be present for any return/ exchange or after sale service.

While actual items were used in the photo there may be differences in colour due to factors such as lighting, settings of the screen etc. Colour variations will not be accepted as the reason for refund, exchange or complaints.
